The optimisation of a production process is a step that brings many advantages. Staka has taken this step, and as a result the production process for roof hatches has been improved even further!

Flexibility towards our clients

The investment in our own powder-coating equipment will benefit the flexibility of Staka towards our clients. This allows Staka to makes its production process as efficient as possible and to apply any desired colour to the roof hatches.

Besides investing in powder-coating equipment, Staka has also invested in a laser cutter. The laser cutter forms the starting point of the product process, where the cuts are made for the finished product: the roof hatch. The laser cutter ensures greater flexibility in the production process of the roof hatches. In addition, Staka now has the facilities to produce roof hatches even more quickly and accurately.
