We serve building contractors, architects, and private individuals. Staka develops access hatches with an eye to sustainability, safety, and ease of installation. We use high-quality materials and offer the best sound insulation and thermal insulation.
Custom-made roof access hatches
We manufacture custom-made roof access hatches. We also offer the following standard sizes:
- 900 x 700 mm
- 900 x 900 mm
- 1400 x 700 mm
- 1500 x 900 mm
- 2400 x 900 mm
In terms of colours, we supply the outer part in RAL9010 (pure white) or RAL7047 (telegrey) as standard, and the inner part in RAL9010 (pure white). On request, we can supply the parts in any desired RAL colour. For the operation you have the choice between manual and electrical; both options of course have anti-burglary features.
Which roof access hatch do you need?
In office buildings and industrial buildings you will need a access hatch for functional reasons, for instance for inspections of the roof and the equipment on the roof. For these jobs, you need quick, safe, and practical access. In homes and offices, you can use a roof hatch to improve comfort and convenience, often as access to a roof terrace. For this purpose, a large and stylish flat roof access hatch with glass is ideal.
Stairs and ladders to the roof
If you also need stairs or a ladder to access to roof, Staka supplies both, fully tailored to our roof access hatches. A retractable ladder can be neatly stowed away in the housing of the roof access hatch (suitable for ceiling heights up to 3250 mm). An extension ladder offers a practical and cost-effective solution. For higher-ceilings, it is better to opt for the safety of a fixed caged ladder. For frequent use, a fixed staircase is ideal.
