It is relatively simple to install a flat roof hatch and ladder. The flat roof hatch is installed on the unfinished roof (without roof insulation), after which the roof insulation and roof covering can be attached to the upstand of the flat roof hatch.
The ladder is secured to the flat roof hatch by means of a hook-on step. The hook-on step can be easily attached to the upstand of the roof access hatch with four bolts.
