Roof Access for Food Village Duiven

At the edge of the Seingraaf business park in Duiven, Food Village Duiven is being developed – the largest food village in Europe. On an 18,000 m² site, Ten Brinke Bouw BV has constructed eight lodges with twelve to thirteen commercial units, including drive-throughs for brands like Burger King, FEBO, and Taco Bell.

Eight TOP97 Roof Access Hatches with Extension Ladder

For this large-scale project, Staka supplied eight TOP97 Roof Access Hatches with extension ladder. These hatches provide safe and efficient roof access for maintenance and inspection. With thermal separation and a U-value of 0.21 W/m²K, the hatches offer an energy-efficient solution. They are KOMO and TÜV certified, feature a cylinder lock and gas struts with locking function for ease of use and safety. The lightweight ladders are suitable for floor heights up to 11,440 mm and can be stored easily using an optional wall bracket.
