Roof Hatch for residential units

The care facility has installed a Staka roof access hatch. The care facility is a residential care facility providing support to people with a mental disability. The care facility consists of nineteen residential units (both studios and flats), two communal living rooms, and various support rooms.

The roof hatch has been placed to allow maintenance work to be carried out on the roof and roof installations. The Staka roof access hatch with retractable ladder is a very safe way to access the roof.
