The project involves restoring a historic building. A fire in 2009 necessitated the restoration of this building which had contained fourteen apartments.

A Staka roof access hatch for safe roof access.

A Staka roof access hatch was installed in this historic building during restoration to allow safe roof access. Roof access is essential for the project in order to ensure that it is safe and easy to perform maintenance work on the roof and/or roof installations in the future.

A 900x700 roof hatch with extension ladder was installed for safe roof access.
